The launch of the latest version of iwebkit is approching, entitled iwebkit 4.0. Iwebkit is the revolutionnairy kit used to create high quality iPhone and iPod touch websites in a few minutes. In the first 4 months of it’s existance the pack has greatly evolved from a basic idea to a project that has reached worldwide fame!
Right now we would like to share a sneak peak of what’s coming next:
- your creations load 25% faster by reducing and optimizing the code
- the easy tutorials and code now has become even simpler
- reduced size of the HTML documents by 20%
- awsome new and advanced features offered by no pack in the world
- new plugins like an iPhone forum and an iPhone wordpress theme
- whole new website focusing on ease of use and support with a complete new design.
iWebKit 3.0 might come soon
Wednesday, October 8th, 2008It has been a while since I last told you what was going on.
Well if you want to know you will jet have to go visit http://m.iwebkit.net .
There you will see most of things that will be included in iwebkit 3.0. Some of the coolest things are:
- sliding effect, I still need to finish that.
- blue fields on touch
- 4 new ways of presenting a webpage: check the music page on m.iwebkit.net
I am also redoing the whole mobile website so that instead of a port of the computer website I can show you all potential iwebkit 3.0 has!
I will probably rellease it when I get 10000 visitors 
There is still a huge amount of work for me so 10000 visitors gives me about 2 weeks :p
